The coast Vieste-Pugnochiuso-Baia delle Zagare is unique. A clear and light blue sea goes trough thousands of caves, bays and lovely little beaches. A rich vegetation made of  centenarian trees goes from the hills to the cliffs dropping sheer to the sea where beautiful arches, rocks, reefs and small isles have been wonderfully sculpted by the sea itself. In these places you can choose both deserted or really well equipped beaches where you can find every comfort.
Vieste’s history loses itself in the very ancient centuries and its origins is to be searched in the prehistoric period. It is possible to admire palaeolithic flint-stone’s quarries, places where were built roman houses, the castle built during the IX century and the medieval cathedral. The historical center of the village is full of typical restaurants and shops.
The holiday in Vieste could be very different because of all the things you can chose to do. For example to go from the village to the “Umbra Forest” takes only 30 minutes, to go  to the “Tremiti” isles just 1 hour; as well, the Padre Pio’s convent in San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant’Angelo, the oldest Christianity sanctuary, built during the V century are really near. Interesting could be also a visit to the paleochristian necropolis, and to the civic museum. 
Moreover, another absolutely beautiful tour is that of the visit by boat of all the caves that lie between the sea and the rocks for 40 km towards the Southern coast. Boats equipped for this leave two times a day also from the beach near our houses.
The typical regional cooking is full of delicious ancient recipes both of fish and meat. The evenings are filled of lots of attractions as the cinema’s festival and the shows offered by the tourist office. Lots are the discos. It is also quite easy to meet international jet set’s vips.
Our houses are plunged into a beautiful pine-wood two minutes far from the beach near the castle, in front of the sea where a gorgeous scenery is offered.
The road, direct and without traffic, goes to the castle beach where there is an equipped beach and a shaded parking that our hosts can utilize at the fixed price that for an umbrella, a bed, a deck-chair and the shadowed parking for a car is: June & July € 7,00 - August € 12,00.
