The Maresol Residence is located in Vieste (FG) at the address of Via Marchionna, 16/b. 1.5 km away from the center of the town and less than 2 minutes by car from the beach.

Guests must respect the next regulations:

1.Customers can check in on Saturdays or Sundays by 17:00 o'clock and they must check out by 9:00 am of the departure date. In case of late check in guests are asked to call and give info. If we will not get news by 21:00 the cottages will be rented out to others.

2.The bill must be paid fully on the check in when keys are given.

3.To book 30% of the bill must be payed by bank transfer and this will be kept as deposit. Bank address will be given on booking time.

4.Holidays on Easter, and September requires the payment of the full holiday on the booking time, because amount are smaller.

5.It is possible to change bed linens or toilet towels in the room; the cost is 15 euros per time.

6.It is obligatory to clean the fridge and kitchen before leaving.

7.The stay is from Saturday to Saturday, or from Sunday to Sunday, with the payment of the left 70% at the arrival + a supplementary 100 euros needs to be paid as this amount will be refunded at the departure date unless there are any damages.

8.The flats cannot be occupied by a bigger number of people than the number that was mentioned at the time of booking. In case of external visits staying during the night, they must pay per day following our price list.

9. Return of free cancellation if you cancel up to 8 days before arrival, or the possibility to postpone the period of vacancy in case of cancellation after 7 days before date of arrival.

10.It is prohibited to receive any guests without authorization

11.The laundry is available from 8:30 to 13:00 everyday. Each laundry cycle costs   5 euros.

12.Animals of small sizes are allowed at an extra cost of 30 euros per week.

13.Barbecue must be cleaned directlly after using it and rubbish must be collected

14.It is forbidden to leave cigarettes around the place. There are ash trey all over it. It is forbidden to feed free cats around the resort.
